Right of Withdrawal

1. Your deadline
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay a penalty.
As a commercial gesture, Lumixia extends this period to 30 days from the order date.
Where an order comprises several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
2. How to exercise your right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement before the deadline expires:
- by email to bonjour@lumixia.fr (the fastest option);
- or by post to our registered office as set out in the legal notice.
You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.
Important: please wait for our reply before sending the parcel back. We will then give you the return address to use. A parcel sent back without this exchange may reach the wrong address and delay your refund.
3. Returning the products
You must send the products back no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- The return must be shipped with a tracking number; proof of shipment is your responsibility.
- You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).

4. Refund
We will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. In accordance with Article L221-24, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
The refund is issued using the same payment method as the order, at no cost to you.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered, the additional cost is not refunded.
5. Exceptions
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for, among others:
- unsealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- personalised or made-to-order products;
- single-use items once opened or used.

7. Legal guarantees
The right of withdrawal is independent of the legal guarantees you benefit from: the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
